Seasonal Scone Recipes

PUMPKIN SPICE SCONES 

Start by emptying the whole bag of Braydough scone mix into a big bowl.

Then add,
• 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice
• 1/2 cup of water
• 2/3 cup of room temp butter
• 1 beaten egg
• 1 cup of pumpkin purée

Give it a good mix, the dough will be really sticky to work with and that’s okay. This batch will make 8-10 scones.

Bake for 12-14 mins at 400F and enjoy! ☺️

 

GINGERBREAD SCONES

Follow the steps on the back of the bag and add the same amounts of butter, water and egg.

Also add:

1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup of molasses

Bake as usual! The dough may be a bit sticky than normal, but they turn out delicious!
